Reasons or Excuses?

Ever wondered what's the easiest thing no Earth that can be found by anyone, anytime at any places? Haven't you heard people saying that love, true friends, jobs, etc are so damn hard to find? Fear not, if it's excuses you want to find.

Since young, we are already experts in finding excuses. No one need to teach us that at all, just like how we learn to breathe and chew. We do it naturally. It just comes to us.

When we were young, some of us would try to find excuses & tried to lie to our parents saying our tummies hurt just to escape going to school. In school, we find all sorts of excuses to escape punishment from our teachers for not doing our homework. At work, we find excuses to avoid as much tasks as we can. In life, we tried to find excuses as tactful as possible to reject those who are hot on our heels.

Everywhere we go, we find excuses. Some excuses are necessarily. However, as we became so used to finding excuses, it became a very bad habit. Slowly, we didn't even realized it's a habit or would have the ability to differentiate between a valid reason or just an excuse.

Maybe everyone of us should really reflect on this area for ourselves.

For smokers, stop making excuses not to quit. My dad has been smoking for 20+ years and still, he managed to quit. Be more determined!

For those slightly tipped the weighing scale folks, stop using lack of time as an excuse not to exercise. Even at work, we can do abit of exercises. Make more trip to the pantry or photocopying machine. But please don't go to the pantry for food. Drink more plain water and walk to the pantry to top it up. Find your own ways today!

For those overspenders, there's absolutely no excuse for you not to save a singe cent every month. Put a stop to those unnecessarily spending. Save before you spend, haven't you always hear others saying that? It's not impossible, just abit hard in the begining.
