The Group Photo! Finally, after 1 week, I received the photo! My fellow classmates for the last 2 years of my sec sch. Had a great time catching up. Those gossips, past "恩怨", "仇恨"... Precious moments we shared would never be replaced. =)

As the title suggests, I went BTNR for the 2nd time! The quarry! Finally get 2c a nice view this time. Must take photo of course! Look! Ngee Ann Polytechnic's environment learning trail! Saw this rope bridge & decided to cross it. Serene saw this Summit Path & wanted to challenge it. So we walked a total of 120 steps before reaching the top. We make it!

As blogged earlier, I've won 4 tixs to this movie. Well, I know not if the 3 persons who went with me is considered lucky or not. I was told to express my honest views on this show. Well, I strongly believe no movies are bad shows. It's just a matter of whether we know how to appreciate it. Sad to say, if not for Fann Wong, I wouldn't even consider watching this show. I wouldn't say it's a bad show, just that it's not my cup of tea kind of show. Too artistic for a not artistic me. =P So, if anyone is considering watching it... I would advise that either you love Fann Wong like I do or you love ballroom dancing. Or else, don't even think about it. The only consolation is I got to see Fann Wong in person @ less than a metre away. (^_^) And my fave line in the movie is... "It's not about winning, it's who you become when you try."

功夫之王 It was a highly anticipated show by many. Me too was looking forward to this movie. I've got more than I expected. 2 actors who are famous for their kungfu shows finally get to appear in the same blockbuster. Who wouldn't be excited about that? BUT, other than enjoying the fighting scenes & those jokes cracked. One can't neglect the appearance of Golden Sparrow acted by Crystal Liu Yi Fei. I've heard that she's quite young. She certainly looks young too. However, I didn't expect her 2b that young! I came home to search on her. She's a Virgo Rabbit! Coz her birth date is on 25 Aug 1987. Don't go Yahoo-ing/Google-ing to see how she looks like. Reason being, I've tried. There are no doubt lots of photos of hers. But it doesn't do justice to the Golden Sparrow in the movie. Those photos in the internet were taken when she was even younger. Her face was so much rounder & doesn't have the charm she's having now. So, go on & cat

Simple contentment in life is catching up with friends... Watching "White Chicks" on Chn 5 & laughing ur bellies off tgt ... Enjoying nice NZ Ice Wine... Receiving a souvenir to noe tt ur frenz rem u on her trip... And sipping cooling teh tarik ice while telling each other about ur latest happenings... Chocolate Lover got me this from Viet ! Hope it's not of real leather.. haha =P It's not abt the drink, but the companion. Chocolate Lover, u're the best! Each friend is special to me in their own way. Of course the best, every1 of them! =)

Serene said she wanted to go somewhere near to nature. So last Sat, we went to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve! It's my 1st time there. =) Quite a nice experience I would say. The sua kus! Know who greeted us when we first reached? My friends! I got excited & took photos non-stop. Yes, I just can't resist monkeys! Esp when I'm at the Zoo, I can stay @ primates kingdom for hours! He posed for me! =) This cheeky fellow just stolen some food from the dustbin. See the baby monkey clinging to its mum? So cute! (^_^) You'll get fined $500 for feeding the monkeys. Rules to note. Rule No. 1 Do not pick, break or remove anything from the Nature Reserves. Rule No. 2 Silence is Golden! This is very impt, coz it's irritating to have a grp of ppl making a whole hell of noise! When all u want is to enjoy peace in the nice nature environment. The unlucky us bumped into 2 such groups! Irritants! *argh* Snakes! What do you think? It's a forest mah. We didn't spot any though.

I have this craving for Fish & Chips when I was on the way home just now. So, I went NTUC to get the ingredients! Damage Done = $8.20. The edge of the tempura fish is slightly dark but it's not char tao. Dun haf the bitter taste, ok? =P It's cod fish anyway & it's nice. Not just because of the cook lah, but I think the fish itself is of gd quality de. $4.03 for 2pcs sold in a box, nt v.ex lah hor? Other western restaurant selling cheapest fish & chips @ $12, I think. Tgt with the soup - Cream of Mushroom. =) In case, anyone wonders where did the rest of the beijing cabbage went to. I always share my cabbage with my babies! =P One cabbage @ $0.70 is enough for 1 human + 17 hammies! haha v(^_^)o
