My colleague asked some riddles during lunch, here to share with you folks.
Q: Why is a koala named koala?
A: Koala do not drink water.
And Koala in a certain language(I'm not sure what) means 'No Water'.
Q: Why is a kangaroo named kangaroo?
There were once 2 friends(think is Aborigines).
They saw this animal hopping around, A asked B, "What's that?"
B answered, "Kan ga roo". In their language, it means I" don't know".
From then on, each time they see that animal, they would say, "Kangaroo ".
Then we joked and said the next time ppl ask us sth we don't know, we shall say, "Kangaroo".
