Ban drivers with poor driving skills on road!

I seriously feel that LTA needs to do something about keeping lousy drivers off the road. When a driver makes an accident claim, especially a serious one, he/she should be required to retake a TP test. If they fails the test, then their license should be revoke and make them retake all the lessons again. Why do we have to wait till someone's life is lost before we revoke a person's license? Isn't it all too late by then? Just because these irresponsible folks have licenses, they think they're suitable to be on the road. How many of you would admit you passed your TP purely because you were a wee bit lucky? Do you really think just because you have a license, you are fit to drive? Well, sad to say, there're always stubborn people who think highly of themselves and never ever admit they're at fault. The number of these people is huge too. I know my suggestion will never be taken into consideration anyway, I just need to rant. I still think most licensed riders out there don't ride a bike as skillful as my grandpa.
