Hari Raya Puasa!
How did you spend ur Hari Raya? Stayed at hm & watch the special TV programmes prepared by Mediacorp? Went muslim friends' hse to feast? Whatever you did, hope you had a great time! Belated Selamat Hari Raya Puasa to everyone out there!
As for me, went to pick my gal & XH at ard 10am+. 1st stop was PS, bought movie tixs for 3 movies. Supposed 2b 4 shows, bt somehw, some1 reduced it to 3.. XH's bf supposed to come wif us, bt didn't and XH supposed to watch movies wif us, end up aso dun haf. Hmm..Alot of supposed to be stuff tt got cancelled.
Settled our bfast at LJS. Great! Alwiz love the thick 1 inch bread tt tastes so yummy wif the milo freeze.
Bowling at Cathay Cineplexes supposed to be our next programme. Mb it's to pay back for deciding to reduce the no. of movies, the bowling alley was closed dw & we can't get to play bowling. Wanted to change to KTV @ KBox bt all the rooms are full. So in the end, we went shopping.
Taka, Wisma, Far East..And only my gal bought a jacket. At 4pm, XH's bf came to meet her while we rush back to PS for our movies' marathon!
4.25pm - our 1st show, 'Sky High'. Nice show! There were so many kids watching tt show & we feel so much like big kids!
And then it's dinner time. Where? LJS again, yes..coz nt much choice wif everywhr crowded on a Public Holiday.
7.15pm - The start of a slow movie marking the end of our hope for Korean show, 'Cello'. After so many disappointing korean shows, we decide to make 1 last shot with this. And just like the countless shows we watched, we don't catch the whole movie. Well, it's nt tt korean shows are not nice, but we're not as deep as the scriptwriter to understand the plot. So I guez we shld noe better than to watch anor korean show the next time. Leave it for the thinkers.
9.50pm - 'All About Love', a touching movie by Andy Lau, Charlene Choi & Charlie Yeung. Bt the touching atmosphere was interupted 1/2way due to the power trip. Over all, the show was still great! Alot went thru my mind during the movies. As to wat are they, I tink I shall keep to myself. I wld encourage you to go watch this show. It really makes you think.
That marks the end of my Hari Raya. Certainly memorable! Another piece of nice memory for me to keep for the future. Shall continue creating & collecting our memories 2gether, gal!
