While having a conversation with people, spend more time listening. As u listened, digest them and nv rush to make comments. Until u fully understand what the other party had say, dun act smart & start making comments. Think of the approriate things to say. And at times, a hug is even better than a thousand words if the other party is feeling extremely dw. We're born with 2 ears, 1 mouth to listen more than we speak. Listen attentively to the words being said & listen with your heart for the unspoken words.
