Part 31 - One sunny afternoon, a family of three came to the seaside where Navi and his mum, Rene live on. The daugther, Ice feels that the beach is the loviest she'd ever been to. She wants her parents to buy the whole beach and build a house and a little farm for her. She wants to be able to play her piano and rear farm animals on this beach.
Part 32 - As Mr & Mrs Gnap doted on Ice very much, they went to discuss with Rene wanting her to sell the beach. Of course, Rene rejected as the beach is the only thing her husband left for her. The most important thing is she strongly believed one day he would come back for her.
Navi came home and saw Mr and Mrs Gnap. "Mum, they are?"
"Navi, you came home at the right time, help me send these 2 guests out. They are here to persuade me in selling off this beach your dad left for me."
"Sir and Madam, it's a waste of your efforts. My mum would never agree to let out this beach to you. It's the only thing my dad left for her ever since he went missing at sea. Please leave now."
Part 33 - "Young lad, we understand how your mum feels. But our daughter really loves this beach and she wishes to have a house and a mini farm build here."
"Sir, I can't guarantee success. However, the most I can do is to help u persuade my mum in renting a portion of the beach to you."
"That would be better than nothing. We shall wait for your good news."
With that, Mr and Mrs Gnap left the hut.
Part 34 - Navi managed to get his mum's consent for Mr Gnap to build a house and a farm for her daughter, Ice. Mr Gnap was very glad for Navi's help and decided to build a bigger house for Navi and Rene. He was actually quite surprised to know that both of them had been living in the small hut for years when he first pay a visit.
Part 35 - At first, Rene was reluctant to move out of her beloved hut that her husband built. It had been their love nest for 6 months before he went missing. But she knew that the hut would collapse anytime and Navi deserved better. He needs a better studying environment now that he is in college. With that in mind, Rene moved in to the bigger and better house Mr Gnap paid to build for them to show his gratitude for renting part of the beach to him.
