有始有終！

Finish what you started!

In my younger days, I've started many things and gave up half way.

If not for Mum, I would not be able to drive my car around now.

I passed my TP on my 3rd try.

I was ready to throw in the towel after I failed the 2nd time.

I'm truly grateful for her encouragement back then.

Ever since then, I always remember the feeling of passing my TP.

Whenever I feel like giving up on things I've started, I remind myself how it would feel like if I do not give up and carry on trying till I succeed.

I enjoy having success and even crave for it.

Challenges are fun to me, breaking records get me going.

However, since I try my best not to give up what I've started, I've also learnt to take on my tasks with caution.

If I know or predict that I would not last through, I would probably not choose to start.

I rather focus on things I'm confident that I would follow through.

If not, it would be on stuff I know is worthwhile to hold on till success happens.

在我比較年輕的時候，我是個輕易半途而廢的人。

要不是我母親，現在的我應該就不能隨心所欲地開車四處去。

我是在第三次考車後才及格的。

第二次失敗時，我已經做好放棄的決定。

感恩當時得到母親的鼓勵。

從那開始，我一直記得自己考到駕照的感覺。

每當我起了放棄的念頭，我就提醒自己如果堅持不放棄，持續到成功的那一天，感受會是如何？

我享受成功，甚至渴望它。

挑戰對我來說是一種樂趣，破紀錄推動我前進。

但是，因為我會盡量不放棄自己所開始的事，所以我會小心選擇自己扛起的事物。

若我已知道或預測我應該無法到最後，我或許不會選擇開始。

我寧可把時間花在自己有信心能夠堅持並成功完成的事物。

要不然，就會是選擇我知道堅持下去直到成功是值得的事。
