Hmm. . . How should I start? Well, I was obviously very excited about this day ever since she agreed to go out together. From the movie to watch, where to catch the show, settling the dinner place, overcoming my nervousness & cracking my head for conversation topics, etc. . . I was like losing sleep, getting jitters & such over the date. . . But somehow, I think I worried too much. We have already been communicating through email, msn, sms & facebook all these while. Now it's just a level up of meeting face to face for real life chat, why should I be that worried? haha =P And yah, we certainly have alot to talk about. Since the moment she got on the car till I sent her home, we chatted non-stop even in the theatre(of coz not when the movie was showing lah). It was nice hanging out together. On 26th Aug 2010, Thurs. . . Daytime, my colleagues surprised me with my b'day cake! And I was given permission to "break fast" by eating my b'day cake! I was fasting with my youngest wife, Shing Shing & my "bf", Ms Lim till Hari Raya! Nope, it's not going on a diet. Just for experience sake. And to test my determination. =) My "tag heur" watch! haha =P It's my fave brand lah, Fossil! Thanks, ladies! =D At night. . . I know Ohana's counting down my b'day for me, but Uncle Ivan was too tired; I fell aslp upon seeing my bed. . . So, they "sneak" in when the clock struck 12 & tadah! Happy Birthday to Bro Bear! My dear ladies wanted to let me try sth different, so they brought me to Tao's Restaurant at PoMo (formerly known as Paradiz Centre). Well, the dishes were quite nice. It's a Fusion Restaurant where the East meets West as per what they said. Coz I was the latest & they had already finished first 2 courses, I was like rushing thru my first course. Yah, with 5 pairs of hungry eyes looking at you, I was breaking out in cold sweat. wahaha *lol* But after this hilarious dinner, they probably realized it's better to bring Uncle Ivan to kopitiam next time for his b'day dinner. Not only did these ladies had a good laugh during dinner, even the servers were amused. That's how much joy I can bring to ppl around me! heez =P Coz I was too busy rushing thru my courses of meal, I only managed to snap pictures of the main courses! From a big grp of bros, one by one has left. James was the most recent one to join SDC Alumni. How many more would I outlive at SDC? Well, given a choice in future, I wish I can stay for as long. SL & JF came our place to stay over the weekends. And we certainly had an enjoyable time together!! Sat was the much awaited KTV! At Tang Dynasty - Some Cheena KTV place. It's dirt CHEAP! =) $5 drink/pax & $10/hr for any length. BUT, for guys, pls rem to wear long pants the next time. Every year, they have to give me this kind of "heart attack surprise"! It's a WONDERFUL one though. (^^,) Just like last year, I rec'd the confirmation letter days after the notification period as per stated on the official website. Semi-Finals qualifiers are supposed to be informed in End-July. So when I heard nth frm the organisers in July, I tot tis yr was a goner. =( HOWEVER, today I rec'd their confirmation dated 28th July 2010 that I'm one of the semi-finals qualifiers!! \(^_^)/ Semi-Finals to be held on 28th Aug 2010 (Sat), registration start at 10am & challenge commence at 11am! Time to do some serious preparation!!! =P

Days have been GREAT with Fluffy around. Though she has got me pretty worried with her heavy breathing & wet bottom on the first 3 days she was home. Thanks to Qiqi & Shannon for helping me to apply vaporub on the exterior of her cage when I was away in M'sia! Fluffy recovers well from her cold/flu & is gaining back her appetite. Mummy said, "Qiqi said ur daughter is like ur Mum, both panting(asthma)." "Yah loh, so poor thing." I replied. Mummy : "But she was so active at the pet shop, running & climbing around." Me : "Yah, I also don't why." She loves her new comfy bedding! I feel that the bedding I bought earlier was too hard, so I went to get new ones for her. Softer & more comfy to sleep on plus it keeps her warm! (^^,) She's a clean freak! Always seen cleaning her fur. But it's gd, it keeps her healthy! =)

Grade A friend was supposed to buy Fluffy for me as my b'day prez this year. But I was too anxious to get it myself. So ended up, I went ahead to buy Fluffy yesterday. And so, she bought these for Fluffy instead! Fluffy says she loves the Almonds & new accessories! =) Thank You! P/S : Before she went home, she reminds me to blog about this! =P

Meet Fluffy! Fluffay Lim Shit Shit is just a MAKE UP name by my 2 ANNOYING sisters! This sweet little one was purchased on 29th July 2010 at CCK Lot 1 Pets Lover Centre. She's a pearl winter white & is currently 5weeks old. Exact b'day is unknown. Therefore, I've decided to let her share the same birthday as my Super Idol, Eagle Pan!! =) That is 30th June! And that would mean Fluffy is 1 mth old today!! \(^_^)/

Had an advanced b'day celebration for 阿呆 aka Jiaxiu aka 蔡春姑 aka Charis! See u had so MANY names till I had a HARD time deciding which name to make ur pen in! =P Anyway, I decided on Charis so u can USE this pen at WORK (OT) & ur colleagues noe it's urs coz they call u Charis! Ate till SUPER full at New York New York! Coz we were all SMALL eaters! BUT we still managed to order brownie & mud pie despite our already bloated stomach! It is now 2years+ since I joined SDC. Just like what I've been saying when it was 2 days, 2 weeks or 2mths into this job, I still feel this way, "This is the 1st job I don't get Monday Blues!" So far, I'm still happy with my job. Of coz, in work , we had a few bumps here & there, but eventually I got over with them. ED's continuous encouragement on my core job & the sub job (CCA - WHP), the presence & support of my SDC wives (though 2 had left) & the appreciation of other colleagues kept me going. This is my BIGGEST pride! With the help of my fellow WHP members, this was make possible! Special thanks to Diane, Shirleen & Shaiful!
