Had a few celebrations before my actual day. . . Canopy Garden Dining with zhus at Bishan Park! How did I come to know of this place? I saw it online, that was what I told them. But exactly where, right? Ok, from Sunshine's check in on FB. She frequent this place. =P The food & drink were not up to zhus' & partners' liking though I find it quite alright. But like Qiqi said I'm not in a good position to do the food review as sub-consciously I'll think it's nice since it's one of Sunshine's fave hangout. And it's Sabio with CL & my 女人！ It was recommended by 女人's colleague who said there are cute guys there. (1 of the ladies' motives to be there.) So, off we went to try out the food. Though there were no main dishes, most of the side dishes were nice. For cute guys, I think only 1 of their chef is kind of pleasant looking lah. A lot of ang mohs hang out there though. Oh! The wine was good! Can try! In the office! Thin...

As of 11th Aug 2011:- Fat (%) - 28.4 Body Age - 36 BMI - 24.1 Resting Metabolism - 1246 Muscle (%) - 26.5 Weight (kg) - 57.8 As of 25th Aug 2011:- Fat (%) - 26.9 (Drop of 1.5%! WOHOO!) Body Age - 35  (1 yr YOUNGER!) BMI - 24.1 (same) Resting Metabolism - 1254  (increase by a little - 8!) Muscle (%) - 27.4 (Increase of 0.9%! Yeah!) Weight (kg) - 57.8 (stays the same) Keep it up, Ivan! =D

Okay, here is it. 14/08/11 (Sun) : Went Canopy at Bishan Park with the zhus with Mr Shane absent. 18/08/11 (Thurs) : Sabio at Duxton Hill with Yt & Xy. 27/08/11 (Sat) : With Ohana 28/08/11 (Sun) : With Serene 30/08/11 (Tues) : With KA 09/09/11 (Fri) : With 5G1U Other appointments :- 20/08/11 (Sat) : Gathering with bros. 31/08/11 (Wed) : Going back FPS to visit Mdm Norsiah. 03/09/11 (Sat) : Dinner with Mr Shah. 10/09/11 & 11/09/11 (Sat & Sun) - Back to BP for bb nephew, 小傑 baby shower.

Shing asked if I've lose weight after 1 week+ of fasting... I shouldn't have agreed to step onto the scale!!! ='( As of 28th Jul 2011:- Fat (%) - 27.8 Body Age - 36 BMI - 24.5 Resting Metabolism - 1273 Muscle (%) - 27.1 Weight (kg) - 58.8 As of 11th Aug 2011:- Fat (%) - 28.4 (increase of 0.6%!!) Body Age - 36 (remains the same) BMI - 24.1 (a drop of 0.4) Resting Metabolism - 1246 (drop of 27!) Muscle (%) - 26.5 (drop of 0.6%) Weight (kg) - 57.8 (1kg lighter) If I've used a normal scale, I'll probably be delighted at my 1kg lighter in weight... But, with the scale I used, I'm so devastated!! OMG! In conclusion, metabolism rate dropped with a slower fat burning process has caused my loss of  0.6% muscle & a gain of 0.6% fat instead!

5 years have passed since the night I was stopped by a fortune teller and had my fortune told... Thereafter, I went to another and was told the same thing... Coming 18th Aug 2011 (19th day of lunar 7th mth), I'll be turning 29 for my lunar age. When we were born, our destines were already written... Superstitious is not encouraged, but some things in life can't be explained through science or logic. For every sunrise I get to see from then on is a day gained as a gift from whoever up there may be. . . I thank you for granting me an extra day with those who matters to me. =) "Love like u've never been hurt before. Trust like u've never been betrayed before."
